Car Show Entry Form

Registration Fee is for 1 Car to be put into 1 Class
(We do not offer a discount for multi car or class entries this year)

Each Entry Includes: 1 T-Shirt and 1 Dash Plaque. The 1st 150 Entries also get a Goodie Bag

Pre-Register (By May 31st) - $30.00 (Your shirt size is guarantee)
Register (June 1st to July 11th) - $35.00 (We will fill your shirt requests 1st come 1st serve)
Day of Show Registration - $40.00 (Shirt not guaranteed)

Registration - $35.00

I understand that registration is final. No refunds will be given for weather related cancelation of this event.
